Trix Smit joined Carab as Admin & Human Resources Manager in January 2007. She has 25 years experience in Financial Management, Human Resources & the Labour industry. She started her career as a Junior Credit clerk and equipped herself through studying FMS 1&2 (Financial Management Systems) and successfully added numerous other Labour, Financial & Human Resources systems to her CV.

Prior to joining Carab, she was employed as Chief Admin & Financial Officer at a company with a work force of more than 200 employees with 11 sub-ordinates reporting directly to her.
